The MUA Assist ("Licensor")
and
You ("Licensee")

1. Usage Rights

● You (the Licensee) can download and use this Workbook for your personal and professional work only. You also have the license to view the color theory course only.

2. Restrictions

● No Sharing or Selling: You cannot share, copy, sell, or give this Workbook Course to anyone else.

● No Changes: You cannot change, edit, or create new materials from this Workbook and Course

● No Commercial Use: You cannot use this Workbook and Course to make money beyond your personal professional use.

3. Ownership

● All intellectual property rights in and to the workbook and course remain the sole and exclusive property of The MUA Assist and Gwen Dilara Academy. You are just getting a license to use it, not to own it.

4. Termination

● If you break these rules, we can end this agreement, and you must stop using the Workbook/course and delete all copies. page1image55204608

5. Legal Responsibility

● If you misuse the Workbook/Course and it causes any problems, you are responsible for any legal issues or costs that arise.

6. Governing Law

● This agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

7. Entire Agreement

● This document is the entire agreement between us about the Workbook and Course. It replaces any previous discussions or agreements.

8. Changes to Agreement

● The MUA Assist reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website or sent to you directly.

By purchasing and downloading the Workbook and Course, the Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
